Overview
Allows the user to manage and monitor scheduled jobs, including information about the execution status of the jobs, such as whether they are in progress or completed. The jobs perform report exports, and these actions include New Job, Settings (Disable, Enable, Execute now and Delete), Edit, Execution History and Refresh List.
This function can be applied to Grid and Dashboard reports.
⚠️ Disclaimer: Scheduling currently does not support document reports.
To manage jobs, first enter your username and password, then click on Login. Once logged in, go to the Home tab and select a report file. Next, click on the report file settings (three small dots), and then click on Manage Jobs.
